9 Queens and WuChess team up again.

9 Queens Knockout Invitational

On July 5th, from 3-6 pm at the Chelsea Art Museum, the 9 Queens Knockout Invitational is a nontraditional chess tournament featuring RZA, two-time American Women’s Chess Champion Jennifer Shahade and a diverse group of other celebrities and chess enthusiasts of varied backgrounds abilities to play in a speed chess tournament. The chess players will include 2-3 scholastic chess players from local schools as well as other celebrities, musicians and artists that play chess.

Everyone is welcome at this event.  There will be an $8 admission fee to get into the museum and beverages and snacks will be supplied.
